This Saturday, August 17th at Garland Mountain Sporting Clays is our 11th Annual Ragsdale Heating, Air, and Plumbing and Adventure Outdoors Clay Shoot Benefit for Truth in Nature.  We look forward to a great day of shooting while raising funds for our outdoor mentoring and ministry programs for fatherless boys. There have been a few questions about Garland Mountain's reopening that were posed so we wanted to send over a "what to expect" email for this year's shoot.  Please read through this email entirely to familiarize yourself with the flow of the day. If you are the point of contact for your team please forward this information to the rest of your team.  THANK YOU for making this possible and supporting our programs!

Please note: David has provided 12g ammo at 100rounds each person (if you need 20g, please bring your own or buy at the shoot). Each team has also been provided a golf cart via GLP. You can bring your own gun (over/under or any style shotgun) or you can rent one at the location day of the shoot.

Now for the info.....

• We are the very first shoot back as Garland Mountain reopens! You will be some of the first to get a look at the current phase and future plans as they reopen.

• Check in, Announcements, Raffles, Silent Auctions, Ammo Sales, Meals, Etc will be under the 2 large white tents where the main lodge used to be.

• If you have rented a golf cart you will receive it at check in.

• Side game location will be a little different. Long Bird will be at the below gravel area and Annie Oakley will be at the brand new 5 stand down the hill on the left.

• The course and scenery are beautiful and we will be shooting 27 stations with 168 shooters registered. We will cover this in detail the morning before blast off.

• You will get tired of hearing us say this but to keep the flow moving efficiently, please move to your next station after your squad of 4 has finished shooting.

• The shoot is rain or shine!  All golf carts and shooting stations are covered.
